nellie started tufting in 2018 and began her online brand 'nellie may' in 2019. For her current collection, she gets inspiration from fabulous high tea.

She is 22 years old and lives in Adelaide, South Australia, where she makes her pillows and attends the University of Adelaide where she studies Veterinary Medicine.

 

Nellie is an Adelaide based artist who makes each of her pieces from start to finish at her inner city studio, using locally sourced materials for the softest pieces of functional art
